Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join forces with ambition for a Management Position. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This is an Ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in Roofing sales that is looking to branch into commercial Sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage and build relationships with new clientele, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Lead sales presentations, review contracts with clients, and close deals
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management on performance metrics
- manage & build Sales Team to achieve their goals

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong ability to close deals

- Proficiency and or adaptability with mac and Windows based devices.

- Developing and maintaining pipeline to achieve set quotas and bonuses
