Job Description

Do you have a structured way of working? Are you network technology savvy? Do you enjoy firearms or have you ever desired to work for a firearms company? We have a firearms company looking to hire an IT Admin ASAP! This is an excellent opportunity with a well-established company in the Bessemer area.

Duties for IT ADMIN include but are not limited to:

Installing hardware and troubleshooting computer issues
Responding to IT questions from company employees
Updating malware protection devices to prevent viruses
Tracking network traffic and activity
Installing and configuring software updates
Performing routine database backups.
Must aim to keep all company technology in good working order and accessible to staff
Responsible for managing and maintaining the hardwired lines and wireless connections and the hardware that hooks up to that system.

Qualifications needed for IT ADMIN:

Must have 2-3 years experience
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Familiar with MS Windows 10 & 11 and Apple MacOS
Ability to prepare a website with proper coding and content
Administration of Active Directory Domains
Network technology and troubleshooting
Knowledge of TCP / IP and ERP Systems
Experience with Windows clients and servers
Experience with Pro Alpha is a plus
