- Input, update, and maintain accurate data in our databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and efficient data entry.
- Assist in generating reports and preparing documents as required.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
