CADD/BIM Specialist

PGH Wong is looking for a highly skilled CAD/BIM Specialist to join the team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating drawings and models using CAD and BIM Software applications. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects and other stakeholders to produce accurate and high-quality designs and drawings that meet project requirements.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Production and coordination of infrastructure 2D drawings & 3D models and objects covering transit station architecture, mechanical, electrical, and civil design.
• Preparation of Models and Drawings showing interfacing of different systems, underground utilities, work phasing, etc.
• Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications to create accurate designs.
• Conduct clash detection and Visual walkthroughs in the Autodesk Cloud environments.
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
• Working collaboratively in a team environment to resolve design/drawing issues as appropriate and to accomplish objectives
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Verifying accuracy and completeness of all deliverable BIM or CAD products and services in assigned areas of responsibility

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a CAD/BIM Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of BIM principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
