Job Duties

- Manage the daily operation of multiple nurses and home care givers in the field.

- Responsible for the initial client assessment and designing the care plan for each individual client.

- This role will be also accountable for the daily recording and management of client visits, assigning care givers to the appropriate client case.

- Assisting with hiring nurses and care givers.

- Ensuring field nurses and care givers are following the proper policies and regulations.

Qualifications

- Proof of current Nursing Certification

- State Board Certification

- At least 2 years of field experience

You will need to demonstrate the following qualities:

- Passion to help others

- Passion to learn about clients' cases and needs

- Empathetic and compassionate

- Self motivated

- Good level of attention to details

- Ability to build positive and strong rapport with clients and their families

Compensation will depend on experience, certification and flexibility.
