Shift Lead/Assistant Manager at Burrito Shak - Millbrook

$12-$20 per hour (Includes Tips)

Burrito Shack in Raleigh, NC is looking for shift leads/assistant managers to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 1310 E Millbrook. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities:

* Learn system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

* Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method.

* Provide great customer service with a smile.

* Follow all health and safety protocols.

* Ensure line is stocked and all recipes and products follow company standards.

Qualifications:

* Must love what you do.

* Experience in high volume kitchens while leading a team to success.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Basic knife skills.

* Time management skills.
