Electrical Junior Project Manager -Industrial

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in managing projects and financials while gradually taking on smaller projects independently. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in managing projects and financials
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Take on smaller projects independently under the guidance of the Project Manager
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with electrical & safety regulations as well as company policies
• Perform site visits and inspections as needed

• Fast learner with intermediate computer skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• High problem-solving capabilities
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industrial field
• Strong management and financial skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to professionally address clients and company needs
• Basic software skills, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, etc.
• OSHA certification and other relevant electrical certifications preferred
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
