Lead Bartender

We're searching for a bartender with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our patrons have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, crafting both classic and innovative cocktails, providing recommendations on beer and wine selections, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to assist guests at the hotel. We're seeking a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction. $18 - $20 hourly

• Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system
• Properly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations
• Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks
• Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
• Order necessary bar supplies, stock and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages

• Assist the Hotel's Guest Services team in standard operations of the hotel
• Assist with building a creative, fun, and innovative cocktail menu

• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
