Project Manager - M&A

LCG Advisors, a leading Tampa-based transaction advisory services firm, is looking for a M&A IT Project Manager within our M&A IT division to work closely with our existing clients, including law firms, banks, private equity groups, commercial finance companies, family offices, hedge funds, investments funds, and other institutional capital providers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Assigns tasks and assignments to team members based on the plan, performs follow up, and prepares status reports measuring project to plan.
• Leads IMO meetings to keep team adhered to plan, manages and coordinates team to stay OnTrack.
• Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field required; Masters preferred
• 2-3 years of business experience required; Information Technology and/or Finance preferred
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or comparable project manager certification, preferred
• Business Acumen understands business processes and relationship to P&L and Balance Sheet, preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good supervisory and leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Flexibility for travel (up to 10 %)

Salary Range:

• $80,000 - $95,000 with bonus opportunity
