Chicago, IL (1-2 days/week in-office expected, still in search of Chicago space)


The Opportunity

The Chicago office is looking for a Manager or strong Senior Associate to join its growing Transaction Advisory Services team. This is a high-impact role for someone who can step in and deliver immediately, supporting a rising deal pipeline with limited need for ramp-up.

  • Conduct financial due diligence for healthcare transactions, including buy-side and sell-side engagements
  • Analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, and other key metrics
  • Draft clear, concise client deliverables and reports
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and contribute to client management
  • Lead or support junior team members depending on level
