Position Overview

As a Transaction Advisory Manager at Initio Capital, you will lead critical transaction advisory engagements and provide high-level strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other complex financial transactions. You will oversee due diligence processes, assist with transaction structuring, and ensure that clients receive actionable insights based on comprehensive financial and operational analyses. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Transaction Advisory Engagements: Oversee and manage the execution of M&A, divestiture, restructuring, and other strategic transactions. Guide clients and internal stakeholders through the entire process, from initial assessment to post-transaction integration.

  • Strategic Transaction Support: Provide in-depth strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring opportunities, ensuring alignment with client goals.

  • Financial Modeling and Valuation: Lead the creation of financial models, valuation assessments, and financial forecasts to evaluate deal structures and assess their impact on clients.
