Manager - Financial Due Diligence (QoE) | Remote | Interim Contract

Hours: TBD (based on deal flow)
Compensation: $95 - $105 / hour
Overview
Beech Valley is seeking a Manager-level consultant to support a Transaction Advisory team with Quality of Earnings (QoE) / Financial Due Diligence work across an active engagement pipeline. This is an interim opportunity for someone who can jump into deals quickly, produce and review clean analyses, and contribute under tight timelines.
What You'll Do
  • Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including:
    • Normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments
    • Revenue and margin analysis
    • Working capital analysis (NWC) and net debt considerations
    • Customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses
  • Review clear schedules and exhibits, and contribute to report writing/storytelling
  • Gather and organize data from client financials; streamline data requests and documentation
  • Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent workstreams
What We're Looking For
  • Manager-level experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD / QoE (or equivalent deal-focused experience)
  • Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments
  • Strong Excel skills (large datasets, pivots, modeling, reconciliations)
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
  • Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client-ready output
