Director, Transaction Advisory – Healthcare

Hybrid | Southeast Preferred (Nashville or Atlanta)


About the Company

ONWARD’s client is a fast-growing advisory firm that serves private equity-backed healthcare companies. The firm operates in a high-growth environment with a focus on roll-ups, life sciences, and physician practice platforms. This role will play a key part in shaping the growth of the firm’s healthcare-focused team.

  • Hybrid roles based in the Southeast (Nashville or Atlanta markets preferred)


The Opportunity

Our client is making significant investments in building out its healthcare Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team and is hiring a Director to lead client delivery and engagement execution.

This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the growth of a healthcare-focused practice. Ideal for candidates who are currently part of a healthcare TAS practice and looking to join a new firm with more accessible growth paths over time. 


What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead complex diligence engagements across healthcare deals
  • Manage client relationships and engagement teams
  • Mentor junior staff and drive project execution
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to PE clients


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in financial due diligence or transaction services
  • CPA or CFA required
  • Strong project management and executive communication skills
  • Background in healthcare or PE-backed services preferred
  • Ability to lead and execute across multiple concurrent engagements
