We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our growing Transaction Advisory team.ย ย  As a key member of our team, you'll work with clients across a range of industries, to support M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and complex deal\-related accounting matters. This role is highly project\-oriented and will focus on quality of earnings analysis, financial statement assessment, and transaction execution support across the deal lifecycle.<\/span>
<\/p>

The position offers significant exposure to buy\-side and sell\-side diligence engagements, including analyzing target company financials, identifying key risks and adjustments, and supporting clients in making informed investment and transaction decisions. You will also contribute to technical accounting considerations arising from transactions, including business combinations, revenue recognition, and other judgmental areas impacting deal outcomes.ย <\/span>
<\/p>

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial reporting, technical accounting, and analytical review, with experience or interest in transaction advisory, due diligence, or M&A support. This individual thrives in a fast\-paced, deal\-driven environment, is comfortable working with large and complex data sets, and is motivated to deliver insights that drive value for clients.ย  Level (Manager vs. Senior Manager) will be determined based on experience.<\/span>

  • Lead financial due diligence efforts for buy\-side and sell\-side transactions, including quality of earnings (QoE), working capital, and net debt analysis, identifying key risks, trends, and deal considerations.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Analyze target company financials, including historical earnings, cash flow sustainability, and balance sheet exposures, to support valuation and transaction structuring.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Evaluate non\-recurring items, EBITDA adjustments, and accounting policies to assess normalized performance and potential deal impacts.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Support clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, including diligence, deal execution, and post\-close integration considerations.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on transaction\-related accounting matters, including purchase accounting, revenue recognition implications, debt modifications, and lease considerations.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Lead the preparation of due diligence reports, financial analyses, and key findings presentations for clients, private equity sponsors, and other stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and manage data room activities, including reviewing financial information, responding to diligence requests, and interfacing with client management teams.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Transaction Advisory, Audit, Tax, and other Advisory practices) to deliver integrated deal support and insights.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Assist in evaluating financial forecasts, business plans, and key value drivers to assess reasonableness and identify upside\/downside risks.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Support post\-transaction activities, including purchase price allocation, opening balance sheet assessments, and integration\-related accounting considerations.<\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact throughout the diligence and transaction process. Contribute to other accounting and advisory engagements as needed.<\/span><\/span>

  • Collaborate cross\-functionally with Audit, Tax, and other Advisory practices to deliver integrated solutions and identify additional client service opportunities.<\/span><\/span>

    \n 6+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or technical accounting, preferably with a mix of public accounting and corporate experience (10+ years for Senior Manager level).ย <\/span><\/span>

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of GAAP with the ability to apply accounting guidance in a transaction context.<\/span><\/span>

    • 4+ years of direct experience with quality of earnings analysis, or M&A\-related projects is required.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key deal risks and adjustments.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights clearly to clients and deal stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>

      Salary Information:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span>In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base pay range for this position is $100,000 \- $120,000 \- $150,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position such as eligibility to participate in our annual Manager bonus program and our Management Incentive grant program.ย This range is a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and\/or education and geographic location.ย  It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the capabilities and experience of the candidate.
