Job Description

Product Support Specialist Sr.
Irving, Texas (100% Onsite)
9+ months Contract

Duties:

Duties: Review service ticket documentation to identify potential reportable events… review tickets that were coded incorrectly; use the ticket documentation procedures, follow up with the owner of the ticket to update the ticket documentation to correct any identified issues
Experience: 2 years of Experience, in working with in-vitro diagnostic instruments and the associated clinical tests, specifically in the areas of clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and haematology. Two (2) or more years’ experience working in a clinical laboratory and reviewing testing results is recommended.
Key Skills: strong written and verbal English communication skills to communicate with the ticket owners and others within the Abbott organization
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the sciences or a medically-related area Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technician, or a closely related field of study.

Interview Process: Phone screen, then in-person/ panel interview on site.
