Busines Analyst - Distribution

Bishop & Company is seeking qualified Business Analysts for a W2 contract lasting through January 2023 in Honolulu, HI. ***1099 and C2C contracts not offered***

The Business Analyst -Distribution will facilitate and document processes, procedures, and training materials to support all the distribution groups and also support the broader sales and distribution teams on corporate projects.

Job Duties:

• Represent the Sales & Distribution teams on corporate projects and involve the correct SMEs as required.
• Lead creating communications for sales and distribution for sales and distribution teams and clients.
• Lead the creation and upkeep of processes and procedures for all distribution teams. Liaise with company partners and other departments when required.
• Own the training materials in online portals in conjunction with 3rd party vendors.
• Facilitate the gathering and documentation of requirements for Distribution projects.
• Ensure specific documentation for online portals is updated and maintained as new features or updates are made to the system.
• During business hours, manage the Distribution On Call Queue.
• Provide support for online platforms as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a business analyst or technical writing.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent PC skills including MS Office
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

• College Degree focusing on business analysis or technical writing.
• Working knowledge of IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC).
• Business Analyst Certification.
