We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings

- Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment

- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for each job

- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in HVAC or related field is a plus

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components

- Must have valid EPA certification

- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

- Must have a valid driver's license

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
