RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Accounting/Title Clerk Clerk with a keen attention-to-detail to join our team in McKinney, Texas! If you have an accounting background, go above and beyond to get the job done, and if you are looking for a long-term "home", where your efforts are recognized and appreciated, this opportunity may be the one for you!

Responsibilities

Enter A/R payments, A/P invoices, and process vendor checks.
General Ledger reconciliations.
Review timesheets/commissions for payroll processing.
Post daily bank activity and totals.
Research and review of store expenses and schedules.
Make trips to the bank and title office
Support the General Manager and department managers in cross-training staff on processes and procedures.

Requirements

1+ years of general accounting experience
Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management and general ledger
The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
Willingness to drive personal vehicle to bank and title office (mileage reimbursed)
Vehicle Title experience is a plus, but not required
Experience working in a dealership environment a plus (automotive or powersports)
