Digital Banking Specialist

Hybrid 1 day Out of Office
The Digital Banking Specialist plays a critical role in supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting our suite of Digital Banking services. This includes but is not limited to, online and mobile banking, mobile deposits, remote deposits, ACH transactions, and ATM/Debit card services. As a specialist, you will:
Responsibilities
- Provide expert servicing, implementation, and technical support for all Digital Banking products, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
- Identify, research, and resolve potential fraud, leveraging advanced tools to protect our clients and their assets.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and our team, ensuring effective communication and training on our digital products and services.
- Offer in-depth support via phone and email, addressing complex issues with patience and expertise.
- Process digital banking requests and applications, adhering to strict protocols to minimize risk and uphold our commitment to service excellence.
- Work closely with internal teams to support and troubleshoot Digital Banking needs, including software and hardware issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for customer setup and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in banking with a focus on digital banking product troubleshooting.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, with a preference for FIS products.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking products, especially in the digital domain.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Skilled in the use of computers, smartphones, tablets, and various operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
Preferences
- Experience in a call center environment.
