Job description

Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor - Montgomery County

BTI is currently seeking an Unarmed Rover Supervisor to provide supervision and oversight of officers and shifts at several of our regional sites in Montgomery County. Secures premises by patrolling property; monitoring, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.

Requirements: Candidates should have previous supervision experience with a clean driver record.

Understand being a visible deterrent to crime.

Know how to identify suspicious behavior.

Have experience that demonstrates the individual’s capacity to effectively manage a security guard services contract.

Must know how to effectively communicate with others both verbally and written.
