To thrive as a Live-In Part-Time Caregiver, essential skills include basic caregiving knowledge, first aid competency, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with home care tools, mobility aids, and possibly certifications like CPR or a home health aide certificate are typically required. These abilities ensure quality care, safety, and a positive living environment for those receiving assistance.

What are some common challenges faced by live-in part-time employees, and how can they be effectively managed?

Live-in part-time roles often require balancing personal boundaries with professional responsibilities, as the line between work and personal time can blur.
