Summary
The Cardiovascular Technology Program has the following openings:
Clinical Support Staff - Assist with the daily operation of the CVT program, which may include clerical duties or supporting classroom on-campus activities or participate in clinical site visits. Other assignments needed to support program operations.
Essential Role Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical duties
  • Distribute and collect accreditation surveys
  • Order supplies
  • Assist with classroom instruction
  • Perform clinical site visits

Minimum Education Required
Experience Required
  • Demonstrated ability to write and respond to emails professionally with clear, appropriate tone.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using Outlook for email, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle, including updating course content and tracking assignments or student progress.
