Legal Data Entry Clerk - On-Site

**This position is on-site at our Los Angeles office, there are no remote opportunites for this role.

Impact:

As our Legal Data Entry Clerk in our Wage & Hour Class Action department, you will have the opportunity to organize data and report on Wage & Hour class action case information involving Unpaid Wages, Employee misclassification, Overtime pay, etc.

Daily Tasks:

Verify names and addresses of large groups of clients.
Create, sort and export spreadsheets with client information.
Create reports from case/client management systems.
Contact clients to assist in updating personal information and documentation.
Work with attorneys to draft correspondence to clients.
Monitor large-scale communications with large groups of nationwide clients.

Your Skills:

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with case management software (CSM) preferred.
Flexibility to learn new software skills.
Ability to handle large groups of customer/client information.
High level of personal communication skills.
