What you can offer:

Experience with Structural Concrete
Previous bridgework experience IS A REQUIREMENT
DOT exp. a huge plus.
Experience overseeing all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources.
Supervise internal personnel and subcontractors.
Communicate directly with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors and vendors.
Maintain high standards of workmanship.
Strong leadership qualities. Commination and time management.
