Bilingual Family Law Paralegal Hybrid (Spanish)
- $35 to $55 Hourly
- Full-Time
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and other relevant documents
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and attend court hearings as necessary
This position is a hybrid position - Mostly remote but occasionally in our Walnut Creek, CA office.
