Supply Chain Manager

We have an incredible opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager.

What will your job look like?

• Manage all aspects of construction materials with suppliers to secure best pricing.
• Identify and secure construction yards in all markets and clusters.
• Implement inventory tracking system to determine material turns and routing.
• Support outsourced vendor and supplier management responsible for ensuring consistent high quality and standardized operations, contracted service level agreements are being followed, priorities are set and are being held accountable for deliverables.
• Lead and manage cross functional team to ensure inventory is placed at the right market.
• Leverage operational key performance indicators and metrics to partner with quality team to drive improvements resulting in increased customer experience and reduction in costs. Support focus on improvement in inventory, production management, transportation and cost.
• Monitor, approve and process change order requests
• Monitor contractor performance and manage issue resolution/escalation process
• Supplier rationalization - develop transition strategy from current contractor footprint to optimal footprint.
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters for the area of responsibility.
• Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
• Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally.
• Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate.
• Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
• Manage invoicing to ensure correct pricing, terms and conditions, and payment is accurate and on time
• Manage BOM creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and Suppliers for accurate record keeping and BOM execution.
• Manage supplier inventory process accuracy within Sitetracker ERP system to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Improve the efficiency of supply operations by managing correspondence and contact with suppliers.

Primary Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Five (5) years of experience Construction Management
• Five (5) years of experience using Sitetracker ERP tool
• Experience collaborating with internal/external teams and vendors.
• Forward thinking and analytical skills.
• Effectively function in a fast paced and fast changing environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and develop solutions
• Ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously
