The Role:

We are seeking a Director of Hotel Operations that can guide hotel operations to achieve top-tier service standards while upholding operational efficiency. This position will oversee the Front Office which includes Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, and Front Services; VIP Services, Butler Services, PBX, Housekeeping, and the Outdoor Public Space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to optimize hotel operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.
• Lead and manage operational teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Analyze revenue and occupancy trends, market demand, and competitive landscape to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
• Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements to enhance profitability while maintaining service quality.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years hotel operations experience in a 500+ room hotel or resort, preferably in Housekeeping, Front Office, or other related area.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, best practices.
• Luxury resort opening experience highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to move around the resort and its various areas.
• Capability to lift 15 pounds or more at times.

Position Specifics:

• Onsite
• Salary, exempt management role
• Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000
