Lawn Doctor is looking for a highly organized and eager individual to join our team as a Customer Care Leader. This role is a key part to our office team and integral to our customer service and our teams operations. The Customer Care Leader will engage with our customers via various channels in order to help them get the services they need, understand issues they have, and develop solutions to solve problems. In addition, the role will support business operations through marketing and tracking information in our software. Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow a business. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, is a great communicator, positive/upbeat outlook, and is good working on computers. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. Our Customer Care Leader must have THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Good moral character including honesty and integrity
• A willingness to learn and an ability to independently manage responsibilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer skills and an ability to learn our operational software
• Positive attitude
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Clean driving record and current drivers license

Candidates who will distinguish themselves will have some or all of the following experience:

• Customer service and problem-solving customer questions or issues
• Inside Sales for a residential services company
• Knowledge in supporting field technicians in a residential services business
• Working in an operational software to manage customer relationships
• Marketing services via different media (direct mail, SEO, social media, etc.)
