Responsibilities

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
Follow and maintain all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
Implement our curriculum while allowing children to make free choices in their learning experiences.
Encourage and support childrens natural curiosity during outdoor and indoor activities that you will lead.

Requirements

High School Diploma and working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Education/Experience Required:
- 6 months child care experience at a facility and a high school diploma OR
- 6 months of child care experience and 12 credits from an accredited college or university, including 6 credit hours in early childhood or closely-related field OR
- An associates or bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood development or closely-related field OR
- An N.A.C, C.D.A, or C.C.P. credential
Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
Able to engage in physical activity with children outside and indoors (general play, gymnastics, dance, ninja). Training provided.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for hours at a time
Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.

License/Certifications

CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
TB Test (Required)
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
