Specific Job Functions:
Qualifications:
- Complete maintenance and installation of commercial doors and hardware throughout the property.
- Complete carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout property including drywall, framing, cabinetry, millwork, hardware, acrylics, solid surface, plastic laminate, wall protection, furniture, and suspended ceilings.
- Complete fabrication and installation of cabinets, millwork, and fixtures.
- Complete remodeling tasks including light demolition, steel framing, drywall, suspended ceilings, door hardware, and finished carpentry.
- Safely and accurately operate hand and power tools along with shop machinery to complete assigned projects.
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Qualifications:
- At least five years' experience in commercial carpentry and remodeling required.
- A minimum of five years' experience working with and reading blueprints and shop drawings required.
- Five years or more years' experience operating hand and power tools and shop machinery necessary.
- Must have at least five years' experience in finished carpentry.
- Experience in running and programming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
