Job Description

New opportunity in Two Rivers, WI for an Injection Molding Technician with a leading company in the area! As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

**This role is on 3rd shift**

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production and BOM specifications
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
Participate in Root Cause Analysis and apply corrective actions to minimize ongoing issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding machines
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Prior experience with injection molding or plastic manufacturing
Great computer literacy - Microsoft Office and ERP
Excellent troubleshooting skills for processing and robotics
Tooling knowledge
