Scheduler/Telemarketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our team as a Scheduler/Telemarket Specialist

You will be responsible for helping customers by setting appointments for one of our skilled sales team members to visit the home and assess their home improvement needs. In addition, we will require that you stay in contact with the homeowner between the originating appointment until contract signing.

Responsibilities For Scheduler:

• Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments
• email or mail reminders to customers or clients when appropriate
• Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in our Improve It 360 CRM software
• Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers or clients
• Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operations standards
• Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff
• Provide information about our products and services

Appointment Scheduler Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Data entry skills and experience
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate persons or service
• Responsible for setting new appointments and adjusting existing appointments
• Manage schedules for all customers and salesman
• Input all customer data into Improve It 360
