Job Description

The Petting Zoo is seeking a motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our growing purchasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the data entry of our products, while ensuring accuracy of the entries. This job is for immediate Full time employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering and updating data into our company Software
  • Maintaining data integrity by following strict quality control procedures
  • Entering data into basic Excel reports as needed
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with data entry
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic formulas
  • Good typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to double check your own work
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
