Liquid Lumens was built on a foundation of friendship between a close-knit group of lifelong boaters and aviators. Our founders brought together more than 50 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, product design, engineering, customer sales, service and support. Their combined expertise and love of outdoor recreation created a vision to develop products to enhance the way we all enjoy our favorite hobbies.

To support that rapid growth, we are looking to add additional Assembly Technicians to the team. At Liquid Lumens, an Assembly Technician is an individual who learns and masters all aspects of our products. They are responsible to learn and follow processes and techniques to manage the flow of jobs through the various steps of the manufacturing process from beginning to end. This includes:

· Handling product

· Organizing production

· Assembly and testing of products

· Verifying quality of the work performed

· Packaging products and preparing them for customer delivery

What you’ll do as an Assembly Technician?

· Work as a team and enjoy coming to work every day

· Master all aspects of our products and how they are built

· Accept the responsibility of creating and delivering world class products to our customers

· Follow clearly defined Operating Procedures for your accepted responsibilities

· Rotate through a variety of tasks for specific production processes

· Conduct quality inspections on products and parts and take responsibility for your workmanship

· Prepare finished products for shipment

· Maintain a clean and orderly work area

· Think of ways to improve any processes that you perform, or observe others perform, and communicate those ideas with others

· Take pride in your work and the impact it has on your life and our customer’s lives

· Desire to learn, understand and follow clearly defined operating procedures

· Ability to communicate problems and concerns and accept constructive feedback
