Custom Cabinet Builder:

Shift Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $22-25/hr., Depending on Experience
Location: Brighton, CO 80601
Experience: Minimum 1 year of carpentry/woodworking experience required.

Our client is an architectural millwork shop located just north east of downtown Denver. They are a smaller millwork shop that puts out a lot of work. They are a family-run business that has been doing projects in Colorado for over 15 years, with a diverse portfolio of projects, including:

• TI finish
• Medical
• Custom Amenity Projects
• Libraries
• Reception Desks

Our client is a team-oriented shop that is looking for a good candidate to add to their team. We like for people to be trained and skilled at all aspects of our trade and would like a candidate who is open to trying new things. We are looking for a high end custom cabinet builder/assembler who is motivated, versatile, have an eye for detail/quality and must be used to working under pressure and keeping deadlines.

Custom Cabinet Builder Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up machines and tooling for woodwork manufacturing.
• Operate woodworking machinery which includes but is not limited to: saws, shapers, sanders, jointer, plainer and edge-bander.
• Ensure that products meet industry standards (AWI) and project specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Use hand tools to trim pieces or assemble products.
• Fabricate and finish acrylic solid surface (Corian).

Custom Cabinet Builder Requirements:

• Understand schematics, shop drawings, and blueprints.
• Previous woodworking/millwork experience is required.
• Communicate proficiently in English, both verbal & written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in accurately reading a measuring tape.
