Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' landscapes through a combination of technical expertise and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Lawn Maintenance: Perform routine lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing, to ensure lawns are well-groomed and visually appealing.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific lawn care needs, provide recommendations, and address any concerns. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition. Report any equipment issues promptly.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for both team members and clients.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.

· Knowledge of various grass types, soil conditions, and plant care techniques.

· Familiarity with the safe and effective use of lawn care equipment.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
