Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – Finish (Approx. 4:00 PM)

Position Overview


The Lawn Care Technician is responsible for maintaining residential lawns across the OKC metro area using commercial mowing and landscaping equipment. This Lawn Care Technician role focuses on delivering high-quality lawn care services while working efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.


The ideal Lawn Care Technician is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.


Required Experience & Skills


Reliable attendance is required
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and consistency
• Lawn care or mowing experience preferred but not required


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


• Operate commercial mowers and lawn care equipment
• Mow, edge, and maintain residential lawns to quality standards
• Complete 25–30 yards per day efficiently and accurately
• Perform seasonal lawn work such as scalping (February–March)
• Follow daily service routes across SW OKC, Norman, Newcastle, and Blanchard
• Maintain a clean and organized work approach while on job sites
• Follow all company expectations for quality, safety, and productivity


Work Environment


Outdoor work environment in all weather conditions
• Fast-paced, physically active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting
