Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of high-quality cocktails, wines, and other beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a professional and hospitable manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction with every drink served.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including proper storage of beverages, glassware, and bar tools, as well as regular cleaning and sanitization of surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, while minimizing waste and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, including verifying the legal drinking age of guests and responsibly managing alcohol consumption.
• Collaborate with other members of the restaurant staff to coordinate beverage service with food orders and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Stay informed about current industry trends, new beverage products, and cocktail techniques, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the restaurant's beverage offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale establishment, with a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in beverage preparation and service.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality, demonstrated through a proactive approach to exceeding guest expectations.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
