We are looking for an individual who is eager to help serve women within the community as a Clinical Manager for our community medical clinic located in the Arden Area.

Program Summary: 

Our clinical staff see over 2000 patients visit a year. Focus is on support, resources and high-quality care that is free of charge. Our patient satisfaction rates are extremely high, with many of our patients’ referring friends, family and returning themselves after a positive experience.


 Job Responsibilities:
 

·         In collaboration with the Clinic Manager, supervises a medical clinic and mobile unit operating 28 hours a week with approximately 11 employees.
·         Oversee medical staffing to ensure appropriate coverage for day-to-day shift activities.
  • Knowledge and experience with chart audits
·         Serves as primary resource for callers and Patient Advocates who have medical questions.
·         Develops and maintains effective working relationship with Clinics' medical director. Consults with medical director as appropriate for medical questions and/or concerns.
·         Serves as the primary professional/educational resource for sonographer's questions and Patient Advocate's questions that are of a medical nature.
·         Assures all medical records are maintained in an effective and appropriate manner.
  • Skills in using Health Care software and computer systems, Salesforce experience a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:

·         Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
·         Supervisory/management experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of standard and accepted principles and practices of medical clinic. 
  • Ability to meet professional standards and requirements for assigned duties with specific attention to AAAHC standards compliance.

Education:

·         Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Required)
·         High school diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) required High school diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) (Required) 
 
Experience
 
 
·         Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience (Required)
·         Minimum two (2) years of experience as charge nurse,  or other related leadership experience. (Preferred)

License/Certification (any of the following):

  • Current unincumbered RN License 
  • BL CPR Certification (Required - can complete after hire)

Schedule:

  • Part Time (Required)/Full Time (preferred)
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am to 4pm
