Job Description

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter needed in Fort Worth, TX

Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for light industrial warehouse positions for our Onsite client
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Utilize various recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Administer drug screens and perform criminal background checks

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively cold call and engage candidates
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive offers for candidates
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Valid Driver License
