We are looking for a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (CPRP) to work with persons served primarily in a day program setting. The Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist specializes in psychiatric rehabilitation and serves as the primary contact for all persons’ vocational and rehabilitation assessments and plans. The primary duties of the Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation professional are to provide mental health, substance abuse, vocational, rehabilitative, case coordination, family counseling, and follow-along services to adult persistent and severely mentally ill persons who are currently referred to the program by the Core Service Agency.
