We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing highly diversified property maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain multiple multi-family and single-family homes in the Metro-Atlanta area. The Lead Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Director.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
• Possess general HVAC knowledge
• Perform general carpentry and finishing work
• Conduct routine inspections of properties/equipment to identify/address maintenance issues
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with training and supervising maintenance staff as needed

• Minimum of 5-years of experience in property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
