Assistant Team Leader (ATL)

Asst. Team Leader will be primarily responsible for leading a team and managing the daily operations of a Health Club or Fitness Center. Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly Individual and Club Sales Goals. Asst. Team Leader will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Ability to deliver a great Customer Experience. Treat All Members with respect and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Enroll New Members
• Achieve monthly personal sales goals
• Assist with member retention
• Manage daily operations of the facility
• Recruit and train new hires
• Drive development of employees
• Maintaining a clean and operationally sound facility
• Maintaining Inventory for Club Supplies and Retail
• Assist in Marketing Efforts to recruit new memberships

Qualifications

• Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
• Computer Literacy, ability to operate Club Management Software
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
• Strong communications skills both oral and written
• Organized and Punctual
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and industry trends

Minimum experience :

• Must have 1 year of experience in customer service
• Must have 1 year of experience in leadership
• Computer literacy

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stand up to 8 hours/day and/or sitting for an extended period of time.
• The employee may be required to occasionally lift, carry or move up to 25 pounds and may seldom be required to lift, carry or move 26-50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour + bonuses
