Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker in Oceanside, CA.

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment within the building.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of facility building to identify maintenance needs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
Conduct repairs of broken items, screens, windows, electrical and mechanical systems
Attend to janitorial needs on premises
Inspect sprinkler, heating and air conditioning systems
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related role
Knowledge of hand and power tools, painting, drywall repair, plumbing
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to lift 50lbs and climb stairs and ladders
Must have a valid California driver's license and clean DMV driving record

Pay: $20/hr
