Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Every other Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.

• Process Credit Card payments through Chase Paymentech

• Apply cash, check and credit card payments to Accounting software and reconcile payments daily

• Process Cash/Credit Card refunds upon request

• Answering phones and directing to correct party

• Contacting customers for payment

• Maintaining and organizing accurate files on a daily basis

Assistance in other categories may include:

• Preparing daily bank deposit

• Handling customer accounting inquires

• Collecting overdue payments to minimize outstanding debts

• Assist in maintaining office operations and supplies

Knowledge and Skills:

• Display a positive and professional attitude with our customers and co-workers

• Excellent computer and spreadsheet skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reach deadlines

• Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Close attention to detail.
