Flexologists ™ provide professional one-on-one assisted stretches helping members with a customized mobility program working to increase their range of motion, reduce pain and eliminate joint stiffness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Encourage and motivate clients throughout one on one stretch sessions.
Assist with offsite promotional events.
Grow StretchLab memberships and retain current clientele.
Love of boutique fitness environment required; passion for stretching, mobility. and flexibility is strongly preferred.
Strong social media acumen preferred.

Qualifications:

Health/Wellness degree, license, or current Fitness certification with strong anatomy and physiology emphasis required (examples below)

1 Exercise science/health science / kinesiology graduates

2 Massage Therapist

3 Athletic Trainer

4 Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant

5 Pilates, Yoga, Barre, or Dance Instructor

6 Chiropractor

1-2 years health & wellness field experience preferred
Must be available to successfully complete StretchLab’s Nationally Accredited paid 2 day in-person/hands-on Flexologist ™ Training Program in addition to 20 hours of online tutorials, and achieve certification
Willingness to work weekends and ability to commit to 16-25 hours a week in block scheduling (4 hour minimum shifts)
Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with a client.
Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.

Salary: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
