We are looking for an experienced Tier III Help Desk technician to join our team. As a senior member of our team, you will provide support to internal and external customers by troubleshooting various applications. You will research, track, and resolve complex issues that tier 1 and tier II technicians have been unable to resolve.
Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid; twice per month on-site)
Job Type: Full Time
Education: Bachelors Degree or required.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience providing Tier III help desk support.
Clearance: Must hold Active DoD Secret Clearance or Active Interim Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
- Use a ticket system to enter and track trouble ticket status from beginning to end.
- Meet Help Desk Deliverables and contract performance requirements.
- Provide enterprise-level technical support to internal and external customers.
- Research, track, and resolve issues, escalate recurring issues, author KBAs, technical support
- Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures for other groups to help with their knowledge of the application and help decrease the time needed to resolve issues.
- Write SQL queries and analyze tables, grants, functions, procedures, packages, and triggers.
- Must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance
- Must have experience with .Net, Java, and Oracle Database projects and applications.
- Must have SQL, Service Now, and CLM experience
- Preferred Remedy and SharePoint experience.
- Must have a bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- Must have a minimum of 4+ Years of experience as a Tier III Help Desk Technician
- Must have excellent analytical, customer service, and communication skills
