Termite Operations Manager

Lajaunie’s Pest Control is looking for a leader in our Termite Control Department.  The right candidate must be punctual, possess excellent time management skills, and be customer service oriented. Proven experience in termite control work as well as management is necessary. A typical work day as an Operations Manager will involve:

• Assume responsibility for the termite technicians and maximize their productivity while ensuring quality service to all customers
• Organize and track training to all new termite technicians and continuing education opportunities to existing termite technicians
• Deliver customer retention results, through development of a motivated team dedicated to Customer Service.
• Mentor and develop team members through field evaluations, coaching, and audits to ensure the highest quality service is being provided.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Contact pending cancellations in an attempt to retain.
• Maintain awareness of service completion throughout the month.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations and other Operations Managers to ensure consistency throughout each branch Lajaunie’s operates.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
