Childcare Teacher

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 with a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to clear state and federal background checks.
- Passing a physical examination and a negative TB test.
- Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
- Completion of online training.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Position Details:
- Full-time employment.
- Salary range: $10.00-$12.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts.
- 8-hour shifts.
- Daytime hours.
- Weekdays only (Monday - Friday).
- Closed on all major holidays, Thanksgiving week, and the week of Christmas through January 1st.

Hiring Process:
- The hiring process takes 3-4 weeks, pending background checks and a CA/N Report from DHR.

COVID-19 Precautions:
- To minimize exposure, parents are not permitted to enter classrooms. Directors will escort children to and from their classes.

Location Requirements:
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Toney, AL 35773 before starting work.

Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- College credits or a degree is a plus.

Certifications:
- Must have a current CPR certification.
