Registered Nurse Practitioner Manager (Mobile Wound Care and Research)

Supervises Mobile nursing staff within SeraCollection, this includes RN’s, LVN’s, Medical Assistances and Phlebotomist.

Sign off on EMR notes for all medical services performed at the office or field.

Participates in Clinical Research Trials as a Sub-Investigator.

Learn Clinical Trial Protocols to provide guidance and participate in conducting study visits.

Review and sign off on EMR notes for all medical services performed at the office or field.

Participate in Leadership and Business Development activities.

Develop and update Protocols and Site Operating Procedures.

Provide initial care services to patients, including assessments, diagnosis and treatment plans.

Document all notes, photos, measurements in EMR system.

Perform initial wound assessments at patient’s residence, SNF or outpatient facility.

Prepare wound for Amniotic Patch placement.

Treat patients every week for new placement of Amniotic Patch.

Develop treatment plan with primary care physician.

Application of topical wound care and associated wound management products.

Perform medically necessary debridement.

Collaborates with staff, physicians and members of the healthcare team, ensuring the coordination of care between other disciplines and support staff.

Supervises, monitors and delegates patient care activities to appropriate members of the health care team, provides effective leadership and ensures that care is safe and of high quality.

Acts as a source of information and articulately responds to questions, providing resources, guidance, and education about treatment plan, post plan of care, and medications.

Develops and implements accurate teaching, and wound care treatment and discharge plans.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems.

Provide Telehealth Visits as needed.
