Job Description: As a Building Engineer with HVAC experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our commercial properties in Greenwood Village, CO. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair, maintenance, and optimization of building systems, with a focus on HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements of components as needed.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC systems preferred.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
4. Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
